In pre-launch phase
Today, tukio.one only collects information voluntarily provided via the waitlist registration form: first name, last name, email, profile. No analytics cookies, no advertising pixel, no reselling.
1. Who collects your data today
During this preparation phase, data is collected and held by the tukio.one project founder, based in Pays de la Loire. Once the company is officially registered, it will become the data controller. A data protection officer will be appointed at that point.
2. What we collect today
- Waitlist registration first name, last name, email, profile (organiser or pro).
- Contact first name, last name, email, subject and message content.
- No other data is collected at this stage. No analytics cookies without consent.
3. Why we collect it
Solely to notify you when the platform launches and to respond to your questions. Your contact details will never be used for any other communications without your explicit consent. No reselling, ever.
4. How long we keep it
Your data is kept until the platform launches, plus a maximum of 12 months. If tukio.one never launches, it will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe. You can request deletion at any time.
5. What will apply after launch
Once the platform opens, data collection will extend to what is needed for its operation: identification, payment (via Stripe, without tukio accessing banking data), KYC for pros, messaging, invoices. This page will be updated in detail, and you will be notified.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of your data, or request an export. To exercise these rights, write to contact@tukio.one. Response within 30 days maximum, as required by GDPR.
7. Hosting and sub-processors in pre-launch
This presentation site is hosted by DigitalOcean LLC (Frankfurt region, Germany). Waitlist emails are processed via Resend (EU region). Audience measurement runs on Plausible Analytics (Germany): no cookies set, no IP stored, GDPR compliant without a consent banner. No other sub-processor has access to your data today.
8. Complaints
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can contact the ICO (ico.org.uk) or the CNIL (cnil.fr). But please write to us first. We aim to resolve every case within 48 hours.
