Project status
As of today, tukio.one is a project in the preparation phase. The legal structure (SAS) is being registered. No commercial transaction is yet possible on the site, and no personal data is collected outside of the waitlist registration form.
Project owner
tukio.one is a project run by its founder in an individual capacity, based in Pays de la Loire.

Company in formation
The intended legal structure is a SAS (simplified joint-stock company), to be registered with the Nantes Companies Registry. Upon registration, this page will be updated with:
- the company name and final legal form
- the share capital and company registration number
- the SIRET number and VAT registration number
- the registered office address
- the name of the publication director
Hosting of this presentation site
This presentation site is hosted by DigitalOcean LLC (101 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor, New York, NY 10013, USA, digitalocean.com). The main infrastructure is located in Germany (Frankfurt region).
The definitive infrastructure of the tukio.one platform (frontend, backend, database) will be specified at launch. Main servers will be located in France or Europe.
Current nature of the site
The tukio.one website currently accessible is a presentation site. It describes a project under development. It does not allow any commercial transaction, does not store any banking data and does not act as a publisher or host within the meaning of applicable law. Its sole purpose is to communicate about the project and build a list of interested parties for the launch.
Intellectual property
The name tukio, the logo, design, source code and editorial content of this site are the property of the project owner. Any reproduction without consent is prohibited. This property will be transferred to tukio company upon its registration.
